My bracelet didn't arrive as promised

Apart from the jewellery being absolutely lovely, I was so pleased and impressed with the great customer service and the kindness shown. Unfortunately one of my packages got lost in the mail and they were kind enough to send another. Excellent.

Perfect bracelet!! I wear it 2 months now and No color change. Still brilliant and still looks new. I sleep and shower with it.
