How long will it take for my order to ship?

Every order is shipped out within 24 hours on business days. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number to check the status of the shipment.

How is my order shipped?

We use DPD and DHL to ship all of our orders in Europe. DPD and DHL are one of the world's fastest and most reliable shipping service which aim to deliver all packages within 3 - 5 business days.

How much is shipping?

All our EU customers enjoy Free shipping over €75. Otherwise it costs €4.99 - €12.99 depending on the country you live in. For more info see our Shipping and returns page.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

NO! no duties, taxes or additional charges will be applied upon checkout or upon delivery. We ship from our Fulfillment center in The Netherlands so you only pay for the jewellery and we handle the rest.

What's your return and exchange policy?

We will gladly accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our studio. Within 60 days, orders may be returned, and we will issue a refund. To send the item back please contact us at info@nimahlondon.com, and we will send you instructions how to return the items.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

For our jewellery to last you a lifetime, we need your help. When not wearing your jewellery, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for gold and silver pieces. Always remove your jewellery when applying scents, lotions and sprays - or even better, always put your jewellery on last before heading out the door.

Do you have a warranty?

Our core beliefs are to produce impactful products and experiences that can last you a lifetime. The moment our products fail to make you smile due to any quality issues as rust, tarnish or colour fading, contact us, and we'll replace it for you for free.
