How to return your item(s)
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! You can use our returns portal to print out your own returns label.
Please note the following details to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Personalised jewellery cannot be returned as it is custom made 1/1 and cannot be restocked.
- Customised necklaces are made specifically for you, and therefore refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not applicable after 24 hours.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a refund (not an exchange) will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
- Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning the goods to us.
- Keep a proof of return and a valid tracking number — we are not liable for returns lost in transit or not being received by us.
