How to return your item(s)
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can use our returns portal to print out your own returns label. At the moment this only works for customers that ordered from the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Denmark, Luxembourg and Austria.
Please note the following details to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Personalised jewellery, unfortunately, cannot be returned as it is custom made 1/1 and therefore, cannot be restocked.
- Your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount as well as the costs for the returns label.
- Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a refund, not an exchange, will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
